The one thing I love most about my family is how open everyone is. I don’t mean that in a creep way either because I’m about to share boudoir photos of my sister in law that I personally took. But seriously, there’s no odd feelings asking my sister in law if she could plllleassseeee let me photograph her. I can talk to my in-laws about anything and I pride myself in that. I got so lucky with these guys – I honestly hit the jackpot.
Anywho – Meet Chelsea. She use to model – and well, as you can tell below, was absolute fire at it! Now she pursues photography in Nashville.
She has been stuck here in Colorado with us since COVID hit. She landed here in Denver in March because her, myself, my 4 kids, my nanny & her 2 kiddos and then my mother in law were all going to drive to disneyland together. 2 hours after she landed Disneyland closed so there went that. But because she was already going to be spending a week or so with us, she obviously stayed. Thennnnnn quarantine happened and here we are end of May and she’s still here because none of us feel like the risk of travel is that important right now. We have spent the last two months in several different stages, going through several different emotions I think. Going from our late nights of coloring to our nights of watching dating shows and drinking tons of white claw, to TIGER KING (carol baskin totally killed her husband), to Riverdale and actually hitting the sheets at a decent time. We’ve had lots of deep and meaningful conversations that have brought us closer, and we’ve enjoyed joking and giggling with eachother when one of us has been lucky enough to need to go to walmart. “How’s the outside world?!”
It’s honestly been a blast. But with quarantine and homeschooling and every day of life and going through the motions, we |shamelessly| haven’t done much with ourselves. Haha. It’s been quite a bit of yoga pants, baggy t shirts & messy buns. And so, we got dolled up and I took some photos of her.
And per usual she didn’t disappoint.
